To register for our events we ask for and store information about you. By registering for our events you consent to the collection and use of this information in the manner described below.
Typically, you will be asked for your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, company name, job title and any other details relevant to the event, such as, for example, your firm’s approximate assets under management, portfolio composition and allocation intentions. The details you provide may be stored electronically online and offline in hard copy format.
The details you provide are necessary to enable us to produce event attendee lists, send out pre- and post-event information, tailor event programmes (such as content and agenda) to best suit delegate profiles, and market event sponsorship packages.
We may also contact you by email, post, or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our events or to promote other events which we think may be of interest to you. Furthermore, we may pass on your information to event partners, event co-hosts and select third parties, such as commercial sponsors of the events you register to attend.
If you object to your details being used in such a way, as laid out in this section, you are instructed not to register for our events as by registering for our events and submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out above.
