Advertise on ETF Strategy
Since our launch in the fourth quarter of 2011, we have grown to become one of the leading sites dedicated to exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and indexing, with a growing market share (Google Trends / Insights for Search). Every month an increasing number of investment professionals and private individuals turn to ETF Strategy to stay abreast of developments in this fast-moving industry.

Our audience has grown organically from zero at launch to more than 9,000 unique monthly visitors today (April 2013) and continues to grow at about 10% per month (Google Analytics, rolling average). While we anticipate that this rate of growth will naturally slow, we fully expect to more than double our monthly visitor numbers in 2013.
The bulk (63%) of our traffic comes from the United Kingdom and Continental Europe, with a large proportion originating from the region’s main financial centres: London, Edinburgh, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan, Zurich and Geneva.
Visitors from the United States and Canada contribute about a quarter (25%) of our traffic; unsurprisingly, North America’s largest financial hubs – New York, Toronto, San Francisco, Chicago and Boston – feature prominently among the cities contributing large numbers of visitors.
The remainder of our traffic (12%) mostly comes from the Asia-Pacific region and is overwhelmingly dominated by visitors from the key Asian financial centres, namely Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Mumbai, Seoul, and Sydney.
With an archive of over 750 articles, we position highly on search engines for both broad and targeted ETF and index-related search queries and have been linked to by numerous respected finance sites including the Wall Street Journal’s MarketWatch, the Financial Times, Thomson Reuters, the Motley Fool and Seeking Alpha. We also frequently trend on Twitter and Facebook.
While we intend to offer a range of advertising options over time, initially we shall be introducing banner advertising and email sponsorship. The site’s clean layout has been designed to cater for two Leaderboard (728x90px) adverts, top and bottom, and one Half Page Ad (300x600px) on the right-hand side (standard IAB sizes).
